Research about microparticles

Microparticules are produced by blood cells. Whereas they were described as simple debris at the time of their discovery, researchers are gradually finding their functions. A scientific article published in Blood, reports some findings about micropaticles of sickle cell patients. A poster has also been made to make these results more accessible to the general public.
