Board Renewal – General Assembly

According to its bylaws, CAREST is governed by a Board of Directors composed of 7 to 13 members, elected by a General Assembly (GA) for a renewable three-year term.

A new Board of Directors was elected during the online General Assembly held on 21 March 2025 for a three-year term. As fifteen members were candidates, their applications were validated following a prior amendment to the association’s bylaws.

The meeting therefore began as an Extraordinary General Assembly, during which a unanimous decision was made to amend CAREST’s bylaws in order to increase the number of Board members from 13 to 15.

An Executive Committee composed of seven members was appointed during the first meeting of the newly elected Board, held on April 11, 2025
