CAREST is directed by a board of directors composed of 7 to 13 members elected during a General Assembly.

A new board of directors was made up for 3 years during the constituting General Assembly held in november 15, 2019 at Gosier (Guadeloupe). An executive of 7 members has been designated by this new board of directors.
