This is the first meeting after the re-election of the Board; this meeting was held in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall of Pointe à Pitre (Guadeloupe).

The Board members were warmly welcomed by the Mayor (Jacques BANGOU) and his deputy (Monique Decastel)
